I've had a Droid 2 for almost a full year now and it was alright until the last two weeks.
Now everytime I listen to music on it, it shuts itself off. Also, when I try to use certain apps, the phone's Back button just activates by itself kicking me out of what I was doing.
Now today, the touchscreen has become basically unusable. Whenever I try to enter my lock pattern, it goes crazy. It doesn't follow my finger at all and I get locked out of my own phone. I used the 'Forgot my pattern' option and finally got in, only by deleting the pattern. Now when I try to swipe or access anything from the homescreen, it drags down the notification bar or does other random things like try to add widgets.
My phone is pretty much unusable at this point. What good is a touchscreen phone if the touchscreen doesn't work? I've been with Verizon for about 5 years and been on the Droid since the Droid 1 came out. I would appreciate some help that doesn't consist of canned responses. Thanks.
