LG cosmos 2 Download yahoo contacts??

I just got a cosmos 2 and am trying to learn to use it.  Is it possible to download my contact information from yahoo.com and put it into this phone?  Also is it possible to use a sound that I have recorded as a ring tone?

Any other helpful hints would be appreciated.  I am new at this.

I don't know about your Yahoo contacts....

On the ringtone, yes,, you can use your own recordings for ringtones - mp3 format should work, as long as the recording is 20-30 seconds long. If it's on your computer, you can send it via email to your#@vzwpix.com and when the text comes in, save the attached file as a ringtone.

Or, if you have an SD card, you can copy it into your ringtones folder or sounds folder on the card and access it from your phone menu.
