"Content Filtering" in my Samsung Charge phone. Can I change it???

I went to Goggle's Market and downloaded an APP called Smart Compass.  I liked it so much that I tried to download Smart Compass Pro. 

 

The problem is that a yellow banner appeared across the top on my phone's screen and it said that I cannot  download this APP because of my "Content Filtering."

 

Does anyone know where I can see my Content Filtering, review it, and MAYBE change my Content Filtering???

 

For the record I was still in the Google's The Market and that mystifies me even more because they allowed me to download the free APP "Smart Compass" but the CONTENT FILTERING in my phone restricted the pay-for-it APP "Smart Compass PRO."

If you have had any of the same problems I finally figured it out. 

 

Using your Charge phone, go to Google market   Press menu and touch settings.  Touch Content Filtering if you already set your content filter ( I never did) enter your PIN.  If you never did set up a PIN for Contact Filtering press Content Filtering.  You will be asked to set up a PIN.

 

Next, the list you will see is a fooler because the choice I had to make was ALL APPS so it checked everything.  Just go down the list to the end and ALL APPS will appear.

 

I might guess that many you have never chosen your Contact Settings.  I didn't even know you could.

PS,  I was finaly able to download the APP Smart Compass PRO.  Smart Compass is free and Smart Compass Pro costs $1.00.  It's a nice compass for when we are out of town.
