Is anyone elses txt messaging messing up on them? it takes me 5 min just to write out a line because the keyboard keeps disappering on me
I recently posted this on the Mororola Forums in response to keyboard problems. YMMV:
"When the stock multi-touch keyboard freezes, acts funny, etc. go to:
Menu > Manage apps > All > Multi-Touch keyboard > Clear data [and clear Cache if it's not 0]
Others have found that turning off "Next word prediction" in the Multi-Touch keyboard settings also seems to help prevent keyboard freezes.
Menu > Settings > Language & Keyboard > Multi-Touch keyboard > Next word prediction"

This is happening to me as well!! I don't know what to try to fix it, but its driving me crazy. I can't get a single message (or any text entry AT ALL) to work. I can only make and recieve calls.
There is a resolution a few posts down--essentially you have to find your mobile keyboard app (under settings-->all applications) and clear the cache. I just did that on mine and its working. Good luck!

Thanks a million times over, thought I was going to have to buy a new phone, but you have helped me be able to fix my problem. I was unable to type more than one word and then it froze, no matter what the application. I am a happy girl again. Love my Droid 2.
