My phone will dail and connect but the touch screen does not work (faint light background) as a result of water damage. Can the front sliding part (touch screen assembly) be easily replaced?

Since the device has been damaged due to liquid exposure, it will no longer be covered with warranty. If you have insurance, you may contact Asurion Insurance at 888-881-2622 for replacement options.
If you did not add insurance to the device, you may upgrade your device if you have an upgrade available or purchase a device for full retail price.
Additionally, we do not offer a service to fix damaged devices due to water exposure.
