Crackling noise while listening to music.

Hi,

 

I recently attempted to use my DROID Incredible 2. There is a static crackling that is occurs at random or when the earbud cord is moved. I have used three different earbuds, headphones and the result is the same.

 

I've used Google but everyone's situation and their results/causes were different from mine.

 

Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

Sounds like your headphone jack may be messed up, possible something in there or possibly a loose internal connection.
