I just purchased a Droid 3, and received an invite to discuss my new phone in the Verizon Community.... and there is not even a section for this phone...
Verizon, you need to get with it...
Since the Droid 3 is basically the same device as the original Droid all of them is grouped into the same Thread. Don't feel bad because the Droid X and X2 is also been grouped into the same thread because of technology similarities.
