Charge keeps Refreshing

My phone keeps refreshing Facebook and my emails even though I set up to the Automatic Refresh of NEVER. Also, I uncheck the background data.

 

What am I missing?

 

This happens every day when I first start the phone and then I set the automatic refresh settings for everything and it stops.

 

Also, under manage applications - Third Party - every day Facebook is showing there and I have the option to FORCE STOP, which I do and then the system stops refreshing.

 

How can I fix this??

Here is what I would do.  Totally quit facebook.  Remove all my posts, all info about me, and everything else that can be removed.  I would also remove everything about or from facebook from any PCs I have.

 

Only after everything is working properly would I even consider rejoining.

 

I hope you do not have to do a FACTORY RESET to get rid of your facebook intrusion.
