I have Lost my voicemail password that I don't even remember creating. Please Help.
Hi Chillyphill! You can change your voicemail password, even if you don't know the old password. You can log into My Verizon Online, look below the area that says "I Want To..." and then click "More Actions". Under "Device", select "Change Voicemail Password".
You can also change your voicemail password over your handset by dialing *611, and selecting options 2 and then 1. You'll need to enter the last four of the Account Owner's SSN or the billing account password to complete the reset process!
