Yahoo Email not downloading properly

Going on about a week now, my Droid X keeps refreshing my Yahoo email and either marking read messages as unread or not refreshing all current messages or sometimes not refreshing older messages. It's getting really annoying. I've already taken the battery out, taken the memory card out, removed the yahoo program and reinstalled...

Are there any updates or things I'm missing? Or is Verizon just not synced with Yahoo's servers?

I'm using Yahoo email and it's functioning fine. Try the CLEAR CACHE procedure...

Menu / Settings / Applications / Running Apps - scroll to Yahoo email and click on it -- the Clear Cache / Data

You will likely have to re-enter your login info after doing so.

I would suggest the same troubleshooting step, clearing the Cache and Data for the Mail application. Please let us know how that works out for you!

I am having same issue. Thru the native email account set up on Droid X I've added my Yahoo Acct. Has been working fine until last week. Now it continues to load messages from Sept 16-20 and nothing else. As well as continuously reload and swipes then reloads messages until I get an internal server error. I've removed account and added acct several times, cleared cache/data and still not working. Worst part is that it is a yahoo business acct so I cant use any app or browser as it will only load in mobile version which isn't supported for a yahoo business acct.

Have you checked the settings for the number of dats you want the app to retrieve inder Sending and Retrieve?
