Instead of shutting my phone off last night I chose sleep mode to see how this would compare. However once the phone was back on I cannot access any app that requires the internet. Any thoughts as to how I can fix this?
Power down and power up the device. Or pull the battery for a minute
I did both already and still no luck.
Have you gone into settings to see if mobile connection is on???
"mobile connection on", where?
Do you have Menu / Settings / battery & data manager / Data Saver <- turned OFF?
Also, check:
menu / Settings / battery & data manager / Data Delivery .. make sure DATA ENABLED is checked, and DATA ROAMING as well
