My niece has come to live with us and she brought with her a Pantech Crux. She just bought a MP3 CD from Amazon and has her cord to upload it, but my computer wont recognize the phone. It needs a driver. Or software. Help?
Humm i might have gotten it. On the phone I went to synch music and somehow it flipped a dummy switch and I could upload. What a PITA phone.. no offense to those that love it

The file that you download from there will install a driver and will then try to install "VZAccess Manager"
I haven't needed more than just the driver. So when the file reaches stage two and you see "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for VZAccess Manager", then click cancel.
