Help! I'm moving to an area that does not have Verizon coverage, not some foreign country, just an area of the US where there's no coverage. And Verizon wants to charge me over $300 for early termination of my contract. There's AT&T service where I'm moving and there's Sprint service, but no Verizon. I've had a Droid Incredible for 1 1/2 years and loved it. I've never missed a bill payment on my phone, and now they want to penalize me for moving someplace where they have chosen not to provide service. I would gladly continue my Verizon service were it available, but it is not, so they are going to punish me! I've called Customer Service and they said find somebody else to take over my contract or pay the fine. I asked who else I could speak to, was given a Regional office number and nobody answers the phone! What can I do? I guess I can complain to the state Public Service Commission (and believe me, I will!)--anybody have any other ideas?
