Pantech Crux Texting

I don't know if anyone else had this problem but i can't figure out why my phone erases text messages that i have sent. I look through my conversations and all that will be there are the ones that the person sent to me. the only way i can keep my sent messages is by locking them. can anyone help?

Hi BrieEliz and thanks for your question! From what you describe, it seems as if your phone is not set to automatically save your sent messages. In order for you to change this setting, please follow these steps:

 

Slide the phone up and tap Message

Tap More

Tap Settings

One of the message settings available is "Auto Save Sent"

Select ON

Press Save. 

 

Once you change this, you will be able to see both the incoming and outgoing messages in your conversations.
