OK so I was super excited when I got this phone. It is rugged and in my line of work that is great. But I have not been impressed by the way it runs. It shuts off on numerous occasions and some of the features just do not work the way they should. I have been an LG user for years and I took a risk on this phone. I think I took a bad risk. I am now stuck with this phone until I can renew or until it just quits working all together. I really wish there was a way to fix this phone so it does not act the way it is acting.
