HELP PLEASE :(

I just recently had to reset my phone completely because my contacts wouldn't show up and it wouldn't let me make phone calls out took my Inc 2 to Verizon and they reset it for me and I lost everything except the stuff on my SD card. I finally just got all my old apps back and my phone was running good BUT now all of a sudden my calendar app disappears. I gave it a day and it showed back up today BUT now when I take pictures and go to look at my gallery it wont let me?! When I click on a picture that was sent tome in a message it says "The process com.android.mms has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Ive tried again and again and again AND AGAIN. What's next! I love my incredible 2 and I don't want to change phones! :smileysad:

Sounds like device was fine until you reinstalled apps, hate to say this but since you said you finally got your apps loaded and then you problems started coming back up, sounds like you have a stray app.... You can try uninstalling app and see if it helps.

Hello KayHarris, thanks for your inquiry. I understand your frustration over these issues and I can certainly understand why you don't want to change phones. I agree with Wildman. If the phone was working prior to downloading applications, it may be an application causing the issue. This doesn't mean that an application has a virus, just that it may not work well with other applications on your phone or for this particular phone.

I would suggest booting the phone into safe mode to see if the issue is resolved. If so, you will need to try taking off applications to see which one may be causing the issue. If still having the issue, I recommend another factory reset and not installing all the same applications right away.
