Horizontal screen

My Inc. screen is switching to horizontal for no reason. I have calibrated it and the only way to return the screen is to turn the phone off. I have taken the battery out also, with no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm glad to see you attempted to complete some basic troubleshooting on your on. Its unfortunate you are still experiencing this problem.  I would just completing a Master Reset:

 

(Software v2.2) To Factory reset the phone:

1. From the home screen, touch Menu
2. Touch Settings 
3. Touch SD & phone storage
4. Touch Factory data reset
5. Tap Reset phone or Reset phone & internal storage
6. Tap Erase everything

 

(Software v 2.1)To Factory reset the phone:

1. Touch Home
2. Touch Menu
3. Touch Settings
4. Touch Privacy
5. Touch Factory data reset
6. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone
7. Tap Erase everything.
