When I press the button on the top of the phone to unlock it, the screen flashes white for a split second before it goes to the normal screen. Does anyone else have this with their phone?

Thanks for posting! This is not a commonly reported issue with your device. Which specific KIN do you have? If you haven’t already I recommend removing the battery for about 30 seconds, reinserting and then retesting. Please post if your issue persists so we can further assist. Have a great day.
