is it possible to upgrade my less then one month old motorola droid for the new incredible without paying the $500+ that it cost if i buy it out of contract?
If the contract is under 30 days old, you should be able to take it back with the "Worry Free Guarantee". Then set up another one with the Incredible.
you can return it you will just have to pay a $35 restocking fee and then the credit you paid for your droid would be put toward the incredible.
