Downloading Ringtone question on LG Revere

This 'Newbie' has one more question concerning his new Revere. On my old LG8000, via 3rd party software, I downloaded "Amazing Grace" ringtone. I'd really like to have this same ringtone for my Revere. I played with the 'Get new ringtones' options - and kinda gave up looking. Does anyone know if this particular ringtone is available via 'Media Center's Rings and Tones? If "Amazing Grace" ringtone is available, would someone please walk me through the steps - to and including 'cost.' I'd only want to buy one ringtone.

I want to thank SuzyQ and chasbox for their assistance in explaining the ringtone acquiring process. They told me it was easy - and I discovered they were right. This morning, I signed up with phonezoo and downloaded three ringtones.

Try phonezoo (google it) for free ringtones. You can also use your computer and your MyVerizon account to purchase ringtones through the Media store - but I've found phonezoo to work well - I can even clip my own mp3's and customize my ringtones.... :smileyhappy:

I visited 'phonezo' and located a suitable version of 'Amazing Grace,' Since you've 'been there-done that' - would you be so kind as to 'walk me through the process'? How do I get the ringtone from phonezoo into my LG cell phone. I know I'm being lazy, but you already know the steps.

Go back to the web site and sign up, Fill in the forms and follow the directions. Very easy, I did it myself today

chasbox, after you signed up, how was the ringtone delivered to your phone? I'm thinking the "We'll send a PIX file via a text message," appears doable. Course, I will have to 'allow' text messages.

trying to download a ringtone from my computer to my phone. can't seem to find the solution posted on this page. can anyone give me direction??

Solution is to go to phonezoo (google it) and follow the procedures there for creating an account. You will need to have text messaging enabled to receive ringtones.

Thank you so much. It finally worked. I had LG on the phone and they told me it could not be done because my phone did not have a memory card. You proved them wrong. Thanks again.
