My verizon pix account expired and now I cannot receive/see picture messages on my phone. How can I get that capability back?
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have many pictures saved on my Verizon Online Album (formerly known as Pix Place account) and would be devastated if something were to happen to my account. So I definitely know how you're feeling.
If an online album account is not accessed from a computer for 180 days the account is deleted. A series of text warning messages are sent to your device before it is closed. The first text is sent after 150 days of not signing in to your online album. The second text alert is sent after 175 days and then the third text is send after 180 days advising that the account has been closed. Do you remember receiving these text alerts?
How long ago was your online account deleted? If it has been less then 14 days then we may still be able to restore the account and recover the pictures you had saved online. Please contact us at 800-922-0204 and we'll be more than happy to assist you. We're available seven days a week 6AM to 11PM CDT.
In regards to not being able to receive/view the pictures on your phone, I show that you have the Motorola W755 and this device is picture messaging capable. You should still be able to receive picture messages on your phone even if the online album was closed. Do you have a picture message block on your line that is preventing you from receiving pictures messages on your phone? When you contact us we'll be able to check your account for any blocks as well.
I hope this information has been helpful.
