I've had my DX for about 7 months now, and recently I'm being told that when people call me, they hear static. As far as I know it's recent. I did buy a ringback on the go a couple days back. It seemed successful, but now I'm not sure. I tried another online and called from my home phone and got the same static. My phone isn't new to ringbacks, I update songs every few months. I've tried taking off the Voice Privacy, and a soft restart - pulled out the battery while on for 10 seconds and then turned it back on - and neither were successful. How can I fix this?
