I am trying to download pictures from my PC to my phone. When I plug in the USB cable to my PC, it pops up a message that says the connection has malfunctioned. Then my USB mouse stops working. Any ideas?
Are you using the stock usb cable that came with the device? I number of issues that users have with usb is because they always use a cable that is laying around from other devices and sometimes this causes issues.
