Just FYI, the BBB has responded to my complaint about this phone. If enough people complain maybe they will do something.

What complaint did you have in relation to the Bionic?

Ha Verizon can't fix the Bionic their Tier 2 Has not solved anything.
The bionic needs to be overhauled completely before Verizon can help

entitlement complex. Ironically a lot of complaints start to come out especially after their 14 days and just a few days/weeks before a new device comes out. Some may be legitimate complaints, but most often they are not. Just look at the complaints before a device comes out and the date when people never even heard a rumor. It's eye opening

Today, Verizon called me about my BBB complaint. They said they want to fix my phone. I spoke to two very pleasant Verizon folks. The Technical guy had me remove the battery, the memory card, and the sim card and then he re-registered my phone. Verizon will call me back on Monday to see if this hslps.
I don't want to get too excited yet, but so far, I am getting a better signal. When I first got my phone, it worked well, so it seems like it should have the capability. Now, when I don't get 4G, the phone switches to 3G instead of just losing all data. I really hopes this works, because I like the hhone if it worked. We will see if this is a helpful fix or if this is the 15% of the time that the data was working anyway. But, I used my phone several times during the evening to check on my webcam, and it worked each time. I will let you know.

Yeah...you are probably right, and it is depressing. Your scenario of how I got this phone call from Verizon is also probably right, I never thought of that. Regardless, if ti works, I will be very pleased. It has been two days, and I am afriad the phone is still not connecting in what anyone would call a relilable fashion. But, it conects better than it did before.
I am jealous, I think you said you got the iPhone, I would gladly trade now for an iphone. I don't like the unchangable patter in the iphone, and I wish the screen was larger, but, for the good camera it would be worth it, espeically if it is as well made and reliable as my iPad2.
You are joking right? Moto & VZW agreed there are serious bugs with the Bionic and they promised to fix them. Infact they have a list of things they promised to look into and come with fixes. A smartphone basic function is to have reliable data connection. This Bionic looses data connection multiple times in a day. Go, look around and see how many are complaining about this phone before you say something like that.
I am having issues with my speaker, my keyboard keeps force closing. The phone restarts by itself. As of right now I am not getting 4G serivice. I am paying for mobile hotspot and the connection keeps dropping. I am really disappointed with the device. Having more and more issues.
