I'm trying to get my charter e-mail account setup and it's a no go any ideas?
the incoming seems to set ok with
pop.charter.net
port 110
no security
but outgoing the smtp refuses to work?
any one else have this?
yes that worked for me on the net it requires ------charter.net
on the phone it needs to be ---------.charterinternet.net
weird the difference but it works

it is old, but i recall other charter users with the same issue and it was charter giving them the wrong port for mobile devices (i think).
