product being sold?
maintaining customers?
providing correct information?
holding manufacturers accountable?
....basically doing what they say they are going to do? Because you know...Verizon is not doing it now. After 20 years of receiving my business.....I'm going away. You haven't done anything to make me want to stay. Pretty sad.
