There hasn't been a official release yet for recent software for the HTC Thunderbolt. You can go to this link to sign up for Future notification on software updates.

The original poster is asking about the Droid Incredible NOT the Thunderbolt. A Gingerbread update support page was posted on VZW's website a few days.
