Hi, so my Razzle phone will not turn on and will not charge. Anybody got any suggestions besides buying a new phone?

Order a new battery from one of the online accessory stores - cheap, fast delivery, and if the battery IS the problem, you're all set.

If the phone is less than year old, it would still be under the manufacturer's warranty.
