selecting multiple photos in saved pictures on camera.

Hello everyone! I need some assistance with selecting multiple pictures to send via e-m. Before I updated to the Gingerbread software I was able to find pictures in my album and select the ones I wanted to send with a green check mark on the photo. Any ideas? Thnks!

The files are saved on your SD Card so you don't need to send them to yourself but if you really want to then
1. Open galley
2. Select left menu
3. Select multiple from option menu
4. Then you will see check boxes next to images in gallery
5. Just check the ones you want
6. Select menu again
7. Pick share from menu and select email and put required info in for sender info.

The email option is not the best option to save the pictures to yourself. Some ISP's limit the size of attachments, and the pictures can be pretty large. If you send 15 pictures @ 1mb each, and your ISP limits email to 10mb's, your email will not go through.

A better solution is to hook the phone up to your computer, and use Windows Explorer to copy the pictures over to your computer. Takes less time, saves on data(if your not on unlimited data plan) and no issues with email choking.

Another decent option for saving/sharing a lot of pictures (or other data, e.g., MP3's) is to use a free APP called DROPBOX. It's pretty cool and you can set up specific online directories to "share" with specific people as well. You install a PC-based piece of software and then can access the online folder via your phone as well as your PC to move/copy files around.

Good call! Dropbox is awesome but it has a limited amount of free storage. When my SD card irrevocably failed yesterday I lost only my most recent files and photos because I had started using Dropbox when my phone's Gallery app failed soon after the Gingerbread update.

I don't keep the many gigabytes of my Droid's photos only in the Dropbox--for more than one reason. Each device you sync with your Dropbox can delete its files.
