No service while outside the United States (Mexico)

VZW phones times 4 not working in Mexico as of 5 PM yesterday, 12/31/2011. My friends and I are all w/o phone service now, cannot make or receive calls. "Call failed. Try. Again." shows up on my phone along with fast busy tone when attempting to dial out, and no calls are received now by anyone. I-phone of friend is blank when he tries to call out. Ditto in other cell tower areas. Bills current. Has worked with excellent coverage for last 14 days, all 4 now dead. We need coverage! 404.323.4663

First, before you left to go to Mexico, did you call and have international services added?? If so,

then you are at the mercy of the cell provider in Mexico.

Also where in Mexico are you??? There simply may not be service where you are, Again, that is determined by the cell provider in Mexico

It must be frustrating to be outside the United Stated without wireless service; I feel your pain, If you added the international dialing feature to your phones while in the United States the service issue must be with the wireless service provider in Mexico. However, keep in mind that our Global Support Team will be happy to troubleshoot your device(s) and attempt to restore your service, please call them at 908-559-4899. If you call from your hotel please let them know and they will call you back so you do not incur long distance charges while troubleshooting your phones.
