Does verizon still support Motorola KRZR? Just purchased a new razor, but I can not get into my song ID. It will not allow me to download the app. I get the msg "unable to retrieve catalog...code (3332). Thanks for the help

This error message can be resolved by having the phone's Get It Now media center updated. Our corporate locations can complete this for you as there is no remote update available. The update is free of charge. Find a local corporate store here.
