I am no longer receiving a notification sound or an icon on the info bar when I receive a text. How do I fix this?
within tm open, menu/settings....is notifications checked?
Which text APP are you using? I would 1st start by Clearing the Cache of that APP. Settings / Applications / Installed / the-app .. Select it, Press CLEAR Cache/Data ... Let us know if that works or not.

1. Open Messages
2. Select the "Menu Key"
3. Scroll down to "Notifications" and ensure that the box is checked.
