Text STOP. That has always worked for me when I activated my cousins charge on my line for a short time for troubleshooting purposes.
Unfortunately, STOP does not work in this case. You need to call customer service and have them let you talk to a technical rep. Some of them know exactly what to do and others don't. After calling 6 or 7 times, I was able to find someone who said he turned off OZMail messages (it IS something that Verizon is sending) and thankfully, he was correct. Just took persistance...

I'm another one that is getting these OZMAIL messages all of a sudden. I've called and talked to Verizon reps. and have also been to the Verizon store about this. Which to me is very nerve wrecking when the problem still has not been fixed. Now all of a sudden I'm getting crazy text messages from International Numbers and numbers in California. I feel like every since I changed over June 22, 2011 it's been one problem after the other. I'm already on my third Droid, and I'm still having problems.:smileysad: "That's a issue within itself".
