In reviewing your post, I did not see any details as to the issues your having with Rhapsody or why your feeling it is incompatible.
What issues are you experiencing? Did you try access the Rhapsody application? What errors message did you see? I checked Rhapsody is an application on the Charge device. I'm providing a link to our website to help you with device and the device manuel for information about the Rhapsody application found on page 93 thus showing how you can access it as well.

I am sorry for any confusion. To access Rhapsody Music, you would go in via the application on your Charge device. From the Home screen, touch Applications> Rhapsody. The first time you launch Rhapsody, you can watch the informational video and download the Rhapsody application from V CAST APS. For more information about V CAST APS, see “APS” on page 84 on the device manuel. You would subscribe via the application. For access to the device manuel, please use this link. Once you run the app and download on your device, if the subscription access fails, please send me a private message with your information. I can check your line to see what maybe causing it not to finish the subscription process. I hope this helps.
