cant connect to hotmail with Gzone

couple weeks or so back the windows live preset in the web mail dissapeared , just has aol, yahoo, and a couple others. Noww i cant even log in manually to Hotmail if i go to www.hotmail.com. I just get the login screen.

i put in the correct name and pw but it tells me it is incorrect.

 

 

whats up? its no smart phone but, i do ping my hot mail pretty often.

I want to make sure this gets corrected for you. The Hotmail link was in fact removed from the email section of Mobile Web. You should have no problem navigating to hotmail.com though, I tested this and have no problem.  Do you ever access your hotmail from a computer or try from another phone?

 

I recommend clearing out the internet history in Mobile Web. First, launch the web on your phone, then go to Menu>Settings>Manage Memory>Clear History>Yes, to confirm. Perform the 'Clear Cache' as well.

 

Once that, close out of the mobile web browser, then re-open and try www.hotmail.com again.

 

Please advise if this has corrected the issue.
