Import from Computer to Cosmos Touch Calendar

Hi,

 

Is there any way to get a calendar that I can create on my computer (outlook, google, app, whatever) into my Cosmos Touch?  WITHOUT Mobile Email?  I don't email on my phone and don't want to.  I am looking for a way to use the calendar on the phone without entering everything on the phone but entering it on the computer instead.
