No Gingerbread update

I have a droid incredible 2 and would like to gingerbread update.      I have 2.2 Froyo.

Lots of people have this update.   How can I get it?

You should have already got the update. go into the the phone settings, go all the ways down to about phone and hit system update. It will check manually if the update is available which it should be. But if not, I'm in the same hole. I have the Droid incredible and still no gingerbread for me either even though it started being released at the beginning of September and was promised by the end of September. I heard it was pulled but most users have been waiting for months
