Thunderbolt Issue

I am unable to receive calls from the other number on my verizon plan. On the other phone its like my phone clicks it off. It does not show the call coming in or that its a missed call. I have tried resstarting the phone and even recieved the software upgrade. Nothing is helping. Any suggestions.

one thing to check is Under People look at the persons information that is trying to call you and make sure that BlockCaller is not set to "On" Doesn't sound like your issue as your not saying they are going to voice mail but just a thought....

Yourbabygirl, thanks for your inquiry. The first thing I thought about with this issue was what the other poster suggested. If you go into that contact, make sure the Blocked Caller option is not checked. The other thing you can try is to delete that number from your phone and re-add the number. Make sure they are also dialing the full 10 digit mobile number.
