My wife misplaced her phone, can we add the Family Locator service to our account to find the phone? It probably still has power. Unfortunately it's after hours for Verizon and I don't know how long the phone will have power.
You can add it by logging into MyVerizon and using add features. If your main line is smartphone you can use the MyVerizon app and add the locator as well.
