I need help.
My husband and I got the Intensity II phone. Within 2 weeks he had problems with the display not turning off. Verizon Customer service person kept offering solutions that didn't work. 2 weeks of calling Verizon and he was fed up.
By then it was past 30 days and he purchased another phone.
a year later my Intensity II phone display is not turning off. I've removed and cleaned the battery. I've reset the display to all configurations. I've run the set up numerous times. I still have the problems.
Does anyone have a solution to fixing this problem?
