Trying to delete PIX Place account

On one of the lines of my plan I have a PIX Place account, for which I am being charged $1.99 every month. I want to delete the account and get rid of the monthly charge. I have deleted all of the pictures that were in the account, so it is now empty. When I go into the MyVerizon page to change the phone line's features, PIX Place is listed as one of the features. However, when I go to the "Change Features" page, it is not listed so I cannot remove it from the line. Help!

I don't think that you really unsubscribe from Pix Place. Pix Place is a free service from Verizon.

The $1.99/month charge you are seeing is for the unlimited storage you must have at one time signed up for. Sign into Pix Place and under your "My Profile" tab, see if you can uncheck unlimited storage or cancel unlimited storage.
