W385 transfer pics to pc not an option?

In a prior thread, the solution was:

 

"Open Motorola Phone Tools application. Then open the section called "File Transfer Studio."

 

I have tried MPT 4.5.1c and 5.0, and neither has a section related to "File Transfer".  In the intro to MPT, there is a statement that some functions may not be available for your phone.  IS anyone with a W385 able to do this?  I've been trying for a long time, but can't find an answer. I really like the phone and want to keep it.

 

If the above is not available, is there a way to send multiple photos via email? I know how to send them individually.

Hi Pawnsax! I understand that you're interested in file transfer from the Motorola W385 to a computer. You don't state if you're trying to use USB direct connection or Bluetooth. I'm sorry to say that I know of no way to do this via USB. Bluetooth File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is supported. You just have to make sure that the computer your working with is also Bluetooth capable. If that's the case, I can help you.
