When I go into the ringtone settings, I get an error msg:
The application settings(process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
If I download a ringtone app I can set it as my ringtone and it works, but I can't go back to settings/and or personalize and change it. In Personalize sound setting under ringtone it shows the ringtone name. If I click on it, it will show me the same error as above.
What will be my next step.
