Yeah, we bought the phone and the salesman told us that we would have NFL games for the rest of the season on the phone... really ticked off that we don't... false advertising. And yet nobody seems to have an answer when it will be fixed. Sounds like Verizon Wireless has some explaining to do...

Same here. The salesperson said it would work. That huge sign advertising it said it would work. Guess what? It doesn't work.
I agree with the false advertising relating to this specific issue. I'm suprised a class action suit hasn't already been started. You can't just advertise something will work with a device, and for it not too from day one.

There is no time frame when all these apps will be updated. With the way Android has a billion different types of phones out there(seems like it but more like 50-60) it takes some work to get them all going and updated into one app.
I've encountered many apps/videos which do not yet work with the Nexus.
NFL works but no on the Galaxy Nexus!
So bummed... Got the ICS update from the market today and still tells me my device not supported when trying to run the app :-(
At least everyone knows Verizon will support it. Wonder if they uploaded the wrong version.
