I transfered a one minute video from my phone to my computer using the USB cord that came with my phone, the file plays video on my computer but there is no sound but there is sound on my phone. Any suggestions about how to hear the video sound on my computer (Windows 7).

I found this free program that did the trick in case anyone else is interested in trying it.

also there are programs for other brands of cell phones on that page as well.

The most likely reason there was no audio is because the common media players don't know how to play the audio codec inside the video recording made by that cellphone and some of the other Verizon non-smartphones.
