I brought my phone into a local Verizon store to be charged. The 9th was fine, the 10th, the manager told me 'why don't you just buy a charger' I told him 'I am upgrading soon'. He grabbed my phone without saying a word and went to the back. As he walked out I said 'thank you', he didn't response. I came back in an hour to pick up my phone and attached to it is a letter.
Dear Mr. Customer,
This will be the last time we will be able to charge your phone. Out of courtesy we have allowed you to drop off your equipment on multiple occassions, however we can not be held responsible for you phone. Thank you for understanding.
Management
My family and I have been Verizon customers for years and I feel incredibly mistreated by Verizon. I can not understand why a simple act of service can perceived as nuissance. I have been a loyal customer paying money to Verizon for service and yet, when I need assistance, I received an unwelcome letter.
