Stopped Receiving Text Messages and ...

My phone suddenly stopped receiving text messages and no longer tells me if I have a missed call.  There is also a big time lag between someone leaving me a voice mail and my phone receiving notification of the voicemail message.  Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for your inquiry zoebolina! I have not heard of this as a known issue with this device. Since you've had this issue, have you tried pulling out the battery or powering the phone off? Try also dialing *228 send, option 2. If this is still occurring, please respond and we can further troubleshoot.
