Is there a TTS App that is similar to what is used for ipad/kindle?

I'm wondering if there is a Text-to-Speech app that will read me my kindle books when my eyes are feeling fatigued at night, or while I'm driving?

Apparently the pre-installed Pico-TTS does not have that function.

Does the Kindle for Android application even have that option built in? That is if you can find another TTS engine.
