samsung media hub

I am trying to create an account for the media hub but I cannot get past the user agreement. I go thru the agreement and press ok but the I accept check will not light up. am I doing something wrong here? has anyone been able to create an accout on media hub?

I strongly suggest you go to the Samsung website for the Charge and register there. There is live chat support and you could get the problem solved perhaps in minutes.

I am sorry to hear that you're having this problem. I created an account with Media Hub and did not have the same problem with accepting the EULA and moving forward.

I assume you deleted it from your home screens and reloaded from the Applications list, but if not try that. Media Hub is not available in the Android Market, so I would not delete it from the phone. It may be a Samsung proprietary app, so you may also want to go to the Samsung Charge support page and seek support there.

I checked the app store and the media hub app said that it will only work the Samsung fascinate phone not any other phones. Does anybody else have this problem
