When starting vcast apps. During the loading process it come back and says "ERROR unable to complete request. My options are Retry, Catalog Home and Exit. Just received the phone yesterday already having problems or operator error.
What do you mean by "Vcast Apps" ??? Vcast Media Mgr ???

What model Android do you have? And are you still experiencing this issue with not being able to open the "V Cast Apps" application?

Rest assured, it's not a defective phone. I have the steps that will give you access to V Cast Apps.
I had the same issue with my Android when trying to launch it on my Android device. You will basically need to reinstall the application.
1. press MENU> SETTINGS> APPLICATIONS> PLACE A CHECK BY UNKNOWN SOURCES.
2. Open browser and enter following address It is case sensetive.
http://mobile.vzw.com/VCASTApps
3. Download the application and if asks to replace then do so. Once you go thru the set up it should start working.
It does require a memory card be present in the device.
